Measurement: Our first step is to come to your home and take repeated measurements to make sure we’re correct. Layout: We will then design your kitchen layout including where each cabinet and appliance will be (how wide, how deep, how tall, etc.) You will never be limited with revision and options, because we will rework and revise the design until you are completely satisfied. Finish Selection: We will help you match all the finishes so that your cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, lighting, backsplash, and accessories all match perfectly. Budget Planning: We will help you develop a budget together and then design according to the budget range. We work with you to determine a schedule for starting and completion, allowing sufficient time for delivery of custom products. 2. THE PROCESS Install dust barriers to protect furniture and other rooms; use floor protection, and seal off the work areas with plastic partitions  Perform all demolition, including cutting though existing walls for layout changes Remove debris and dispose off-premises Inspect for any leaks or damage behind walls, tiled areas, floors, etc. Frame the new walls. Perform plumbing rough-in work: may include hot and cold water lines, drains, replacement of shut-off valves, gas meter relocation, and plumbing terminations for gas and water lines. Perform electrical rough-in work: may include dedicated power for new appliances (your microwave, dish washer, electric oven, washer/dryer, or air conditioner all require dedicated lines), lighting inside and under cabinetry, new outlets, light fixtures and switches, wiring for audio/video, computer and communications, etc. Hang, tape and finish sheetrock Install cabinetry per plan: cabinets and vanities, entertainment centers, work stations and, built-ins in other rooms Make templates for fabrication of counter and vanity tops with matching backsplashes Install new doors, baseboard, door moldings crown-molding, millwork, trim work Prime
and paint walls, ceiling and millworkInstall new flooring, countertops, floor protection Install hardware and appliances Install sinks, faucets, dishwasher, and ice-maker Install all light fixtures Complete all water, gas, and electric connections including outlets, TV, computer, and other Complete painting Walk-though with client for final inspection; create a punch-list of touch-up details Finish punch-list items |

Design, Drafting, Architecture We will work closely with you to convert your wish list into actual floor plans and elevations. You will "see" how your home will look before ordering your cabinets, built-in furniture, or appliances. Installation After planning, we will provide you with accurate and firm estimates. We will take care of your plumbing and electrical needs, add or remove walls, refinish or replace flooring, and install built-in furniture, cabinetry, appliances, tiles, countertops—in short, everything including the kitchen sink.
